3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Return shipping:

In case of defective or wrong products, return shipping may be borne by Swasthaura.

For other reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
